These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the services provided by BNBWELCOME d.o.o., Medvedgradska ulica 49, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, OIB: 28460718905 ("BNBWELCOME", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our booking platform and related services (the "Service"), you ("Guest", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
BNBWELCOME provides an online platform where Guests can search, book, and manage travel services: accommodation, flights, trains, buses, transfers and car hire.
We do not own or operate the listed properties, carriers or rental companies. Our role is limited to facilitating reservations and, where we take payment, processing it securely. The contract for the service itself is with the provider named in your booking.
Anyone may search the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking or create an account.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when making a booking.
You agree not to misuse the Service (fraud, unauthorized access, unlawful use).
By completing a booking, you agree to pay the total amount displayed, including applicable fees and taxes.
Payments are processed securely through our authorized third party providers
A booking is considered confirmed once you receive an electronic confirmation from BNBWELCOME.
Cancellation and refund conditions are displayed at the time of booking.
Refunds, if applicable, are processed through the same payment method used at booking.
Some reservations may be non-refundable or partially refundable, depending on the selected option.
Car hire booked through the Service is arranged by BNBWELCOME as an intermediary. The rental agreement is between you and the rental company named in your booking; you sign it at the rental desk when you collect the car, and the rental company's own rental terms apply to the rental itself (including excess, security deposit, fuel policy, mileage, driver age, licence requirements, additional drivers, fines and damage). Where the rental company's terms are available to us, we link them before you book.
A rental is arranged in one of two ways, and the booking page tells you which:
To collect the car, the main driver must present a valid driving licence, a passport or national identity card and a credit card in their own name, and must meet the rental company's age and licence requirements shown before booking. A rental company may refuse to release a car to a driver who does not meet its requirements; in that case the rental company's terms govern any charge or refund.
Cancellation terms are shown before you book. A prepaid rental is cancelled on the terms displayed at the time of booking and any refund is made to the payment method used. A pay-at-the-desk rental may be cancelled at any time before pick-up; BNBWELCOME charges nothing for this, and where the rental company's own cancellation term shown before booking names a fee, that term applies. You can cancel through our chat with your booking reference and the e-mail address used for the booking; we confirm the cancellation with a code sent to that address. Car hire booked for set dates is a service to be performed on a specific date and is not subject to a 14-day right of withdrawal; the cancellation terms shown before booking apply instead.
Prices shown for charges payable at the desk are the rental company's figures at the time of booking, converted for information where shown in another currency; the rental company charges them in its own currency, and local taxes may be added at the desk where the booking page says so.
An airport transfer (a private car, people carrier or shared ride with a driver between an airport and an address) booked through the Service is arranged by BNBWELCOME as an intermediary with the transfer provider named in your booking, through its reservation system. The ride itself is performed by that provider under its own terms, which are linked before you book.
You pay the transfer price and BNBWELCOME's service fee, shown before you book, to BNBWELCOME when you book; BNBWELCOME pays the provider on your behalf. Your payment is authorised when you book and charged only once the provider has confirmed the transfer. Tolls, waiting time beyond what the provider includes, extra stops and other charges the provider states before booking are payable to the provider as it states.
The provider's cancellation terms are shown before you book and govern any refund: the fee the provider applies at the time you cancel is deducted and the rest is refunded to the payment method used. You can cancel through our chat with your confirmation number and the e-mail address used for the booking; we confirm the cancellation with a code sent to that address. A transfer cannot be changed once booked; a different time or flight is a new booking.
The pick-up time is the one you chose when booking. Where a flight number is given, the provider may use it to track the flight, but a pick-up is held only as the provider's terms say. BNBWELCOME is not liable for delays, missed connections or the provider's performance of the ride.

All text, design, images, software, and branding available on the BNBWELCOME platform are our property or used under license.
You may not copy, distribute, or exploit this content without prior written consent.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices, including the use of payment processors and communication providers.
BNBWELCOME reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
All disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Zagreb.
